HRC & Equality NC Action Academy

North Carolina! This coming November, we have a chance to make history as voters, energized by a year of the Trump-Pence politics of division, head to the polls and have a chance to elect pro-equality candidates to office. We believe that the resistance is fired up, and 2018 is our time to continue to turn back the attacks!

HRCLogoTrnspIf you’ve wanted to make a difference in your community but haven’t known how to get started impacting change in the world of politics, or you are a veteran advocate who wants to learn the latest tips and tricks, join us for one of two HRC’s Equality Action Academy in Charlotte or Greensboro.

A program of our new HRC Rising project, HRC’s Equality Action Academy is a three hour training designed to give you the tools to take action locally in legislative and electoral campaigns. Our dedicated National Field Team has dozens of years of experience in legislative, ballot and electoral campaigns, and they want to help you develop the same skills they have learned in their work across the country.

HRC is thrilled to join forces with Equality North Carolina to bring you this exciting training in your local community.
