Join us for an informative event on how to help end sex trafficking in Charlotte. The afternoon begins with a screening of the documentary I Am Jane Doe.   Narrated by Jessica Chastain, this powerful 99-minute film tells the story of families suing BackPage for their role in trafficking their daughters.

Following the film, we will take a short break and then begin a panel iscussion featuring representatives from CMPD and two non-profit organizations that work with and help trafficking survivors.

The panelists include:
Carla Tweddale, Founder and President of Lily Pad Haven
Cindy Quinlan, International Director of Youth4Abolition
Sgt Sandy Richardson, CMPD’s Special Investigations Department
