Call or write your state legislator concerning HB 62. It is another attempt at legislating women’s health and it is not even a medically tested procedure. Contact Speaker Tim Moore (919-733-3451) and Senate Leader Phil Berger (919-733-5708). More on our Facebook page.

Although at a very early stage, we are developing our blog  where we can post longer, more thoughtful articles by topic/ interest group and these will remain available permanently to our membership. More on this as it is developed further.

We are talking with the First United Methodist Church uptown about holding our spring meeting. If you are a member, please thank them for their willingness to host our meeting.

And for our summer social we will meet at the Free Range Brewery in NoDa on a Wednesday in June/ July. They will have a food truck as well as fresh-brewed beer for our consumption.
Would anyone who works (or worked) at Wells Fargo ask them
if we could meet at their space under the Knight Theater?
